Made By ME #49 Linky Party and Features

I LOVE Autumn!  The crisp morning air.  Beautiful fall colors.  Chilly autumn nights.  And don't forget about the awesome autumn projects popping up.  They are bursting with vibrant earthy colors and tons of creativity.  Here a few faves from last week.  Read to the bottom for this weeks' linky party :)
