Soft Tones Squares Patchwork Quilt

One of my favorite things to do is to match together beautiful fabrics.   And when I'm lucky enough I get to do that in a quilt :).  That's why I am very happy with this finished quilt.  I absolutely adore all the fabrics used in the quilt and the color combos are definitely drool worthy.

One of my favorite prints in this quilt is the mustard yellow print.  I've been saving it in my fabric stash for a while waiting for a chance to use it.  I love it so much I used it in the quilt back too!

The simplicity of the quilting makes the quilt drape beautiful - all 51" x 51" of it.  For the binding I used a matching stripe fabric that goes beautifully with the modern feel of the quilt.

This quilt was an absolutely joy to work on and I am more than happy with the way it turned out.  Thank you great fabric designers out there for bringing us such beautiful fabrics to work with :)!

I agree! Definitely drool worthy. Low volume quilts are just so soft looking. Congrats on a great finish.
